Be supportive.
We are all here in the interest of growth and self-improvement. If there is an opportunity where we can be helpful to each other, take it.
2.
Share generously.
Your stories and experiences may be exactly what another member needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity.
3.
Be constructive.
We're here to push each other forward and lift each other up. Find ways to help each other think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious.
4.
Be kind to others and yourself.
Give freely to those who deserve it. If you ever feel like you need to disengage from a conversation, simply say so and take a break.
5.
Engage in healthy discourse.
Avoid religious discussions and political discussions unless explicitly prompted and agreed on everybody in the conversation. Approach each conversation with intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn, not be right.
6.
Honesty is the best policy.
This is a place where many of our members are able to open up and be vulnerable. Your nickname on the server must be the name you are going by regularly. Try to use a true name, rather than a username.
7.
Respect fellow members.
No personal attacks. No trolling. No spamming. No witch hunting. No harassment. No aggressive tones. You can curse, but don’t use swear words in confrontations. Please refrain from the use of any derogatory terms.

Keep it civil.
No inappropriately sexual discussions outside of a context directly related to the community. No sexually explicit content. No NSFW content. No inappropriate profile pictures. No explicit or offensive profile pictures. No publishing of personal information or doxxing.
9.
Moderate self-promotion.
This community exists to help you learn. Keep self-promotion only on specific chats. No solicitations. No advertisement without permission. No linking to other servers.
10.
Have patience.
The community is still in early stages, and we may not have the manpower to answer all your queries immediately. We are always doing our best to make our space as warm, friendly, and kind as we can.
Hopefully, these should be easy agreements.
If you find someone unable to abide by these guidelines, let an active community moderator know or submit an anonymous feedback for our team to investigate.
