- Collaborate with the team to integrate social media activities with marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in other marketing and community-building initiatives as needed.
- Handle confidential information and manage data responsibly.
- Prior experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to create content that resonates with audiences and has the potential for virality.
- Strong knowledge of platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience working with digital marketing tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic skills in graphic design and video editing are a plus.
- Experience working remotely and in a multicultural team is preferred.
